Request ServiceFrom Removal to Ready for Production
Machine Tool Science handles machinery removal, installation, and rebuilds as standalone services or as part of a larger project. Whether you're clearing floor space, commissioning new equipment, or restoring a worn machine to production condition, we cover the full scope.

What We Do
Full decommissioning including utility disconnection, fluid draining, rigging, and removal from the facility. We leave the area clean.
Installation of new CNC equipment including placement, leveling, utility connection, and commissioning to manufacturer specification.
Installation and commissioning of used equipment. We inspect the machine on arrival, address any faults, and verify accuracy before it goes into production.
Whether new or used, we run the machine through its full range, verify all axes and functions, and document results. You know exactly what you're getting.
Worn ballscrews, linear guides, headstock components, and mechanical systems rebuilt to restore accuracy and reliability. We measure before and after.
After a rebuild, full calibration is performed to bring the machine back to geometric and positional accuracy specification.
