How a Spindle Rebuild Works

Every rebuild follows a documented sequence from removal through verification.

Removal & Shipping
Spindle is removed from the machine and shipped to our shop, or we can perform removal on-site. We document the condition before disassembly.

Disassembly & Inspection
Full disassembly with inspection of all components including shaft, housing, bearings, and seals. We measure runout and identify wear patterns.

Bearing & Component Replacement
Precision bearings are selected to manufacturer specification and replaced. Seals, retainers, and any worn components are replaced as needed.

Assembly & Balancing
Spindle is reassembled to specification and dynamically balanced. Balance is verified before the spindle moves to testing.
05
Test & Return
Spindle is run up through speed range, runout is measured at temperature, and thermal performance is verified. Results are documented and returned with the unit.
